2.How much is shipping?

Sometimes free shipping is offered. If this isn’t posted on website, then the following applies:

Domestic shipping  is charged at a flat rate of $10.

Australia Post is used for delivery. Please allow for additional delivery time during public holidays.

3. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48hrs except weekends.

4. I live in Adelaide, when can I pick up my online order?

  • Local  (Adelaide) customers have the option to pick up orders placed online
  • Orders placed online by 2pm will be available for pick up (same day) from 3-6pm Mondays-Fridays & 9-12pm Saturdays
  • Send text via 0456-959-999 to arrange pick up!
  • Pick up order at 19 TENNYSON STREET, CLEARVIEW, SA 5085

5. Can I cancel my order?

No, once order is placed you cannot add or remove an item. If you wish to change shipping address, contact us via email within 30 minutes.

Some products carry an expiry date and some don’t; it depends on the ingredients and a decision by the manufacturer. Please note that products manufactured in the US tend to list expiry date in the format :
